How quickly can an engineer visit?
Fixaki accepts enquiries 24 hours a day. Attendance depends on the fault, postcode and current engineer availability, which we confirm for the specific booking.
What appliances do you not repair?
We currently do not repair small countertop appliances like kettles, toasters, or microwaves, nor do we handle gas appliances (boilers/hobs). We specialize in major electric white goods.
Is there a call-out charge?
If a Fixaki technician attends and, after reasonable diagnostic checks, cannot identify a fault, you will not be charged for that visit. If a fault is identified, work is carried out or a separately agreed cost applies, the available pricing is explained before additional work proceeds. Are repairs guaranteed?
Yes, all workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Any new parts installed carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-2 years.
Do you work with letting agents?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated landlord workflow where we handle tenant communication and send digital invoices/certificates directly to the agent.
